Dear Khun Voranuj, dear Khun Mathawin,
Al mentioned in the e-mail sent to Neogrid, I confirm that I have changed the design of mock RFX event number 8104723:
· I removed the follow-up 1
· I was forced to submit a new closing time in the future to be able to submit the removal of follow-up 1
Neogrid says that it was selection of follow-up1 on this event that provoked the pop-up message which is not normal and needs to be fixed/solved.
Nevertheless, the quickest way to remove the pop-up message was removing the follow-up 1 on the event.
I am afraid that, if you create a real event copying the mock event an selecting the follow-up 1, it will provoke the same problem again: it is not sure but the risk is high.
To avoid this before Neogrid solves the problem structurally, could you please:
· Create a new identical event form scratch/from 0 if you need to open an identical real event on the short term?
Or
· Create a new identical real event copying from 8104723n but without selecting follow-up 1? You would run the event without automatic reminder and exceptionally do the reminder manually form your e-mail box.
Sorry for bothering you with this. I push Neogrid to find a structural solution quickly.
Best regards,
