What are these 77 tickets in CS and why are they not yet closed? If there 18 aging tickets about payments, why do I see only 2 tickets under Transactions team? Maybe nothing wrong here, but I just need to understand.
@Som, when we have integrated payout/refund with AirPay, will it impact the way we provide evidence for buyer refunds? This is a very painful process - can we do something to eliminate having to always wait 2 days and provide an additional followup with buyers? I understand customers need to have some kind of confirmation but I would like to use another way.
In all my hundreds/thousands of online purchases in my life, I've never received nor asked for refund evidence.
Just to share, in the last regional report TH has the most >2 day ticket backlog (110). Next worst country is less than half and they have more orders than we do.
