Responsibilities
• To be represent Dimension Data as an onsite resident for fault, incident and proactive engagement work
• Provide day to day operation support to the site assigned
• Incident and Problem Management
• Troubleshooting on site
• Ensure that the events are handled till closure
• Check site and conduct site audits as needed
• Technical consultation to customers on product operation and configuration.
• Provide hardware and Software support to customer both over the phone and on-site.
• 24-hours mobile phone on-duty services.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure.
• To maintain technical competency on assigned product range.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors).
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, IT or any field
• 1 –5 years’ experience in CISCO and IT Technologies
• Necessary knowledge and skills in Cisco IP Telephony solution
• Good Knowledge of LAN, WAN and computer system
• Good command in writing and speaking English
• Self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and hardworking
