1. Partner with management to develop the overall organisation in accordance with the company’s strategies.
2. Gain alignment from management on proposed organisation structure.
3. Coordinate with business units or functional managers on career development and succession plan of each function to drive workforce planning.
4. Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership programme, development planning and organisational strength analysis.
5. With management sponsorship, act as the knowledge centre management that incorporates cross-functional knowledge sharing to enhance the innovation and initiative for business operations
