Accountabilities:
To complete shipping documents timely.
To fulfill customer’s requirement relating to document services and inquiries.
Submit customs eManifest (EDI) within its time frame and accurately.
Enable to determine and manage document working process among team bother internal and external.
Handle customer feedback on shipment and service inquiries, including problem solving and others.
Qualifications:
Male or Female with Thai Nationality.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field.
0-2 years of experiences in shipping industry, sea transportation or export/import cargo.
Experience in handling Documentation would be advantage.
Good command of computer literacy and MS office.
Good command of English communication.
Strong customer service-minded, hard working, high responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
