• Understand core business process to manage internal cooperation and relationship between business units and among educational institutes to develop recruitment process and attract efficient and potential candidates
• Manage candidate database and analyze related data regarding recruitment to ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the timeline.
• Conduct, Control and maintain manpower planning process & manpower records and prepares related weekly & monthly manpower reports.
• Review and Create special plans or projects to improve and develop recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing professional support and advice on recruitment and hiring process to line managers.
• Prepare and utilize advertisement / media to attract potential candidates to align with the Core Competency.
