Most of the customers commented that the food is quite good and tasty but in some cases, the
lunch list that is outside the door and inside is completely different. So, it is not a good way to
do so. It would be better to update both of them. The staff should always be smiling to the
customers. There is a lack of marketing of Restaurant Sagarmatha. For attracting the
customers the restaurant should do marketing through Television, Newspapers and F.M. Most
of the potential customers do not know about Restaurant Sagarmatha. The decoration of the
restaurant is not good for the customers. It does not show that it is a Nepalese restaurant from
any angle. So, the Restaurant manager should think about decorating it in a good order which
shows the real picture of Nepal. It would be better if Restaurant Sagarmatha would advertise
through Facebook. Nowadays, Facebook is becoming very popular. Everyone has Facebook.
