Recently, we have experienced a very serious complaint from Triumph about cross shipped case for two shipments with different destinations. After investigation, it was mainly due to the mishandling from the warehouse team who missed to check the shipping marks of the two shipments which has been delivered at the same time, and consequently, it caused total recovery costs with more than USD5,000 to be absorbed by KN, serious shipment delay and hundreds of back-and-forth emails in more than one month.
We hope you to pay special attention to verify the shipping marks of Triumph’s shipments, especially for the cases with two or more shipments with different destinations to be delivered to warehouse at the same time, and so we can avoid similar case in future.
