HI Porpare and GR EH,
Thank you for the report, it is interesting to see, I have a couple of comments however:
1/ Can you please take a look and update the tables, I think that they can be written in a way that the information at the bottom is easier to see. Please think about how to improve on this for the future.
2/ Please remove the “Weekly Totals”, this doesn’t really show anything apart from the total (100% of people surveyed). If you add them together the weekly total it will always be 100% (or it should be – if its not it means you are not showing some of the answers).
3/ There should be some colour to show low values i.e. for food: if you look at the “Was the food delicious” question, the percentages only add up to a total of 92.59 meaning 7.4% of people thought the food was Average or unacceptable, this is quite a high percentage if true and needs to be highlighted somehow for the management to see. Red colour highlight for a questions if the “Outstanding” and “good” values calculate under 95% and green for questions which calculate over?
Plus I saw on the comment sheets recently that food was getting very low scores, I saw a selection of comment sheets (maybe more than 10) where no one ticked “Outstanding” for food – maybe this was just a bad week – it would be good however to see when things are not going well so we can improve them.

I think this should also apply to your report as well, if you take as an example “Food Variety” this has a total of 86 %..... this is just the 3 scores added together, so it actually means that 14% of the scores are not visible…..Please read and adjust as recommended above last week.
