Our order was placed in July.
Estimated shipping was scheduled for September
Nowadays (February 2016) Our order has not been shipped but according your pictures sent in December whole ordeer is don.
What’s the problem for such delay?
We have to options in order to solve in appropriate way
a) arrange prompt shipment according B/L release o surrendered with all needed docs: Incisive, Packing List, Health Certificate and Certificate of Origin
b) return 30% that we paid when order was placed
Other solutions will imply legal procedures and advert communication about current situation.
