English is used around the world ,which helps to communicate with people in the world. The first reason is that Thai students do not speak English every day,because they speak Thai mother tongue. The second reason is that Teaching method in Thailand doesn't focus to speaking skills in class learning, but teaching in Thailand emphasize grammars and writing more than speaking. The last reason is that Thai students worry about speaking English,which are pronunciation,grammar,and vocabulary.
The expert is definited the meaning of speaking as the procedure of building and sharing meaning through the use of oral and non-oral sigh, in many situations (Chancy,1998,p.13). English is as a world language, and use conversation with people in the world. Thailand education is not good English teaching to speak. However, nowadays world needs that ambition of pedagogy, speaking should enhance students communicative skills,because,only in that method students can rapidly communicative skills,learn how to track the social and culture rule suitable in each communicative situation.(Hayriye kayi,2012,p.1). In MFU, students concern communicate with other people,who do not known Thai language. Research into language studies concern has marked that language studies be closed as predicament specialized (Macintyre and Gardner, 1991; Horwitz 2001).That is a trait which recurs in language learning situations, namely classrooms.
As stated earlier,speaking of English is important for studies MFU students. However, MFU student has the problem of speaking English,in class and out class. Therefore, the objective of this study is to find speaking techniue and the solutions for problem of speaking English in MFU student.
