Main purpose of Job:
- To work with the Agricultural Services team to take responsibility for working with coffee farmers toward sustainable coffee cultivation
- Through “Farmers Connect activities”; Green Coffee Direct Buying, Farmers Training, Coffee Varieties Selection, High Yield Plantlets Propagation and Distribution.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sc., Plant Sc., Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Education and Horticulture or related field
- 0-2 year experience in dealing with farmers/farmers’ group, in related field e.g. breeding program, or Agricultural Extension program, /or field crop research or farmers’ family background will be advantage.
- Ability to understand what the farmer insights.
- Has some analytical and planning skills
- Pre-intermediate English Level
- Flexible & Able to work in upcountry
- Have own driving license
