The Tourist Information Center (TIC) at Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) – Seoul Center is holding a variety of hands-on cultural experience programs for international tourists on the third week of each month (Monday through Saturday) until June. These programs are designed to give foreigners a great opportunity to experience various aspects of Korea’s traditional culture.
The activities include trying on hanbok (traditional clothes) and stamping a folk painting stamp. Visitors can also make arts and crafts such as an origami bokjumeoni (good luck pouch) or a jegi (Korean hacky sack). Friendly TIC staff capable of speaking English, Chinese, and Japanese will be available to assist participants.
All activities are free of charge. The schedule of each program differs. For those who wish to participate, please refer to the program information below, or contact the TIC for further inquiries.
