Due to the terminal in USA was congestion and the unavailability of berthing space, we finally received one container out of 4 today. We quickly inspected 500 pieces of lighters and the result is 95 lighters has no flame ignition. I am worried if the remaining incoming containers are the same quality then we will have no merchandise to supplies our customer.
Please kindly advise if you had made any correction after you met the Japanese supplier (Raw Material for Rubber parts).
