Inventory Officer
The inventory officer is responsible for receiving, storing, preparing the equipment voucher, issuing the goods, and managing the stock level.
He/she is responsible for preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, and using WMS (Microsoft Access) as well as one airline specific inventory system for entering the record.
He/she is responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be received, issued, distributed, damaged, expired, etc.
He/she makes sure to get rid of the stock discrepancy and ensure the goods availability.
Your Responsibility
1.To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the High-bay store so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
2.To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
3.To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in a system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored/picked efficiently
4.To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the cycle count on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staffs/supervisor
5.To monitor goods availability and foresee a shortage risk by reviewing stock level, usage, and incoming shipment.
6.To monitor expiry and damage of goods in the High-bay store and regularly handle according to airline instruction
7.To Perform other duties as assigned by store manager
Your Qualification
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23 - 30 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
Experience 3-5 Years or above in warehouse, inventory management (Free zone warehouse is advantage)
Previous experience in airline catering business is a plus
Computer literacy (Knowledge in MS. Access or SAP is advantage)
Good Command in English both spoken and written.
