Pre-test to Post-test Changes
RMGLM tests revealed statistically significant withinsubject
changes (pre- to post-test) in mean right hamstring
ROM as per the 90/90 hamstring flexibility test
( 3.79, P .034) and in mean left hamstring ROM
as per the 90/90 hamstring flexibility test ( 2.59, P
.036) for both instructor- and video-led groups.
Seated hamstring flexibility and strength scores
increased from pre- to post-test for both groups as
well, approaching, but not reaching, statistical significance.
Balance scores and body fat percentages
remained constant over the intervention period. Table
1 includes means and standard deviations at baseline
(pre-test) and again at post-test for the instructor-led
and video-led groups for all study variables.
