Eighty percent of the Multiple sclerosis patients have audiovestibular disorders [2]. Vertigo is seen relatively more common in patients with Multiple sclerosis and it is the initial symptom in 10% of cases[3]. Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is detected in about 1% of Multiple sclerosis patients in different series [2, 3]. Due to active attacks of Multiple sclerosis demyelinization could be seen in cochlear nerve and appears as Sudden sensorineural hearing loss [6]. Also Sudden sensorineural hearing loss might be the initial symptom of Multiple sclerosis [1]. Recurrent attacks of bilaterally Sudden sensorineural hearing loss can be a warning sign of Multiple sclerosis
