A further Wve Xukes from each group

A further Wve Xukes from each group were prepared
for paraYn embedding. They were Wxed in 10% buVered
formaldehyde for 24 h, dehydrated with a series of ethanol,
and cleared with xylene. They were embedded in
paraYn, sectioned at 5
m using a rotary microtome
(HistoSTAT, Reichert, USA), and stained with hematoxylin
and eosin. They were examined for abnormalities
using a Nikon E600 light microscope and photographed
using a Nikon DXM 1200 digital camera
