Banks will typically only hold the pre-authorization for a set number of days. Borderfree will not complete the billing for an order until the package has been shipped from the Borderfree facility. This pre-authorization may have been removed from your credit card before the final charge was processed. However, I have confirmed only one charge was processed for your order.
