Cheng knows the priorities and can organize tasks to be completed on time. She has got used to the routine jobs very well, but sometimes the line manager has to ask for information.
Cheng is good on retail organizing the routine when retail is delivered to store. The priority is to get stock on the sales floor as soon as possible.
She can control unknown loss for PV store by creating manual waste form to check against cost control. In the last 3 months unknown loss at PV is getting better from over 150 items to less than 10 items per week.
Development Required
Cheng needs to focus more on GOLD and POS process if she doesn’t understand she can ask question. Remember asking for help is strength not a weakness.
She needs to ensure she manages all staff, and delegates the work, ensuring it is delivered with the same speed and efficiency, EG: after power hour staff morning shift must go to break with no excuse. She must learn to be a strong manager making the decision that is right but not always popular.
The 6th floor area needs continuous attention, as sale floor stock/consumable must be tidy and organized making it easy to count when it required.
