The best way for us to make sure you get what you paid for, is for you to contact the developer of the game first.
Please know that while most developers are not able to refund, they are usually able to help with their product. The developer is responsible for the user experience and functionality of the app. The app developers have tools at their disposal that iTunes Advisors do not. Often they are able to track the content that you are missing and restore it.

You may not receive a response right away from them, depending on the volume of emails they are receiving from their players, but please give them time to respond to your request.
I recommend that you avoid making any more in-app purchases from "MU Origin-TH" until the developer confirms the issue is resolved.
If you want to uninstall the App, follow these steps (keep in mind that not all in-app content can be downloaded again for free, and that by uninstalling this app, you may also lose access to some of the in-app content you previously purchased):
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch- 1. Tap and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle. 2. Tap the X next to the icon. 3. Choose Delete.
