I now got a response from the costumer saying she like option B.

The problem is - we cant build that one within the budget..... its to many square meters.




Here is what i want you to try to adjust on option B.




Try to cut the 13.1 meter down to about 11 meter, but doing a U shape instead.

On the ground floor bedroom 3 & 4 can share a bathroom with a door from each side, and we dont "have to" have a walk in closet. A normal closet could be enough.




Move bathroom 5 over where wic 4 is.




We need a 4 meter full covered Terrace downstairs - And we only need a small 1 meter balcony on 2. floor in front of Multipurpose 1.

I dont see any point in looking on a concrete slap from 2. floor - down on the covered terrace. Therefore the inside area upstairs will be bigger.




Try to get the two side buildings down to 4.5 x 11 so we can save some square meters.




I consider mulitpurpose rooms and living rooms the same - meaning you now have 4. We dont need so many living areas.




Do not remove the kitchen at the back left side... its nice.

Do not remove the location of the master bed/bath unit.




Try again please.




I understand from June that you come down this week - try to get something ready to show me then. Then we can adjust again here.
