B. When the company is using one of the approved mechanisms for transferring data across borders, such as the use of pre-approved model contracts, or Safe Harbor, or where the individual whose data is being transferred has consented.
C. When there is no authorisation for the transfer.
D. When the personal data is not sensitive.
