It seems still have many emails on this. Is this summarize email from me about this case. Because our defenses and any reason should be reasonable as technical way.
So, We will be withhold for repair on this case(CK3-POLY03 Scanner) till you will accept for any as below. Which it was enough for any refer and solving in future.
However, We still remainder for the solution for you as follows:
1. CK3-POLY12 Scanner / We will return to Sarafil within this week.
2. CK3-POLY01 Scanner / We will return to CPP within this week.
3. CK3-POLY06 Scanner / We will issue PR within this week.
a. For this case they are provided the ICR(From CPP), So we will bring on refer for the purchasing process.
b. Please see in attached for repair cost.
Overall, Should be best for our support and help the company to save cost. Include usage any asset got to high benefit.
