The questionnaire consists of three parts. The first part includes questions about
e.g. consumer concerns regarding different food safety issues, about meat attributes
taken into account when buying meat and it asks for information sources that the
consumer uses concerning food safety issues. The second part of the questionnaire
contains the evaluation section of the health risk reduction for two food-borne
diseases acquired from chicken breast: Salmonellosis and Campylobacteriosis. In the
final part of the questionnaire, the respondents were asked to complete several
questions concerning socio-demographic characteristics such as age, household size,
education, and income.
