In setting the learning environment, the manager therefore should address several trainee-ability issues. For example, how will our program accommodate differences in trainee abilities? Do we need to provide remedial training?
Second, the learner must also be motivated. In terms of ability, the learner–trainee needs the required reading, writing, and mathematics skills. In addition, he or she must poss the required educational level,intelligence, and knowledge base. As every student knows, the learner also must be motivated to learn the material.
