Looking back at yesterday's staff meeting, I can see that I did a totally inadequate job of explaining my decisions to you, as well as next year's management structure. Since the decisions are so new, I simply did not had enough time to prepare an adequate explanation of the management structure. I debated whether to wait or to give as much information as I had. I decided not to wait, knowing how on edge everyone is (myself included). I'll be the first to admit that I didn't do a very good job of presenting the limited information that I have.
