2.6. Profile of pectinase production and fungal growth byimmobilized cells of A. niger HFD5A-1 after optimization
Finally, the profiles of pectinase and fungal growth were stud-ied using all the optimized cultural conditions which were 6 nylonscouring pad cubes with inoculums size of 1 × 107spores/mL and150 rpm agitation speed. The cultivation was done at 30◦C for 10days. The samples were withdrawn at every 48 h intervals and wereassayed for pectinase activity and fungal growth determination.The experiments were carried-out in triplicate and the values werereported as standard deviations.
