Please be advised the Monthly Sales & MKT Meeting for the month of April to be held on Monday March 30, 2015 – Meeting duration should be minimum at 2 hours. Below is the highlight of the meeting:
1. The first full team meeting for sales and marketing
2. With new team manager in place => Touchchaphon
3. With team players in all key positions => Mobile, Salvage, Motorbike -> Manager, AE, Sales Admin, and of course Marketing
4. With coach in place => Thiti, the true business developer
5. …and with the Game Changer already in place => GM
I do expect the meeting will be fulfilling at least 2 ; but not limited to, key objectives of which (1) Two-way communication and (2) Team Engagement, for effective ‘Plan Execution’ and ‘Target Achievement’ in a truly professional way of working. Then, let you all come up with agreed ideas of how the meeting is designed, which topics to be covered, and who is responsible for what.
For me, I do need at least 60 min to cover my following points:
1. MAP performance for Q1/2015 and our trajectory for the rest of year
2. Feedback from the meeting with Nuno -> Priorities & Initiatives
3. Performance assessment -> Questions from all of you
4. AOB -> Will think about it during weekend
