HARMONIZERS tend significantly to be introverts: these individuals draw energy from relaxing downtime rather than from socializing with others, and prefer to reflect carefully on situations before outwardly asserting themselves. Agreeable people, they also tend to be more cooperative, sympathetic, and moral than average, often preferring to take the middle ground on issues to avoid conflict. Harmonisers may be less open than some peers, preferring balance and stability to adventure, curiosity, and imagination. They may also be less emotionally stable: these types may be more sensitive when confronted with stressful situations or conflict. Harmonisers may be somewhat lower in conscientiousness – possibly less disciplined and focused on achievement and efficiency, and more focused on keeping harmony in the workplace.
