If you focusing on the result of waste water analysis, you will found that only pH parameter we need to treat to align with standard; another parameter is in the standard (only in Jan 2014; Nickle is over due to at that time we have the problem with the system; system was error due to production drained the sulfuric acid 98% from Anodizing line to Waste water treatment plant too much without informing us in advance. Then what we need to improve is only to install additional tank for support the over capacity of waste water draining from production (current design waste water system capacity is 6.5 m3/hr (156 m3/day)
