Effects of Going to Bed Late
Going to bed late negatively impact to body for many reasons. First, going to bed late causes obesity. Research has shown that lack of sleep affects the hormones that regulate the body's appetite.
For example, Ghrelin hormone, a hormone that stimulates hunger, increased to 28%. The next reason is such behavior cause mental problems, depression and other emotional problems. In addition, insufficient sleep affect lack of concentration. Brain and nervous system is not fully functional. Stimulation of the brain to slow down, too. Finally, going to bed late causes skin problems. Driving waste out of the body that are not effective cause skin diseases such as acne and freckle. In conclusion, if you want healthy, you must not going to bed late.
