Clean all the vegetable and slice eggplant and galangal.
Add a white rice seed soak on the water, salt, chili into the mortar and pound together till thoroughly then add slice lemongrass into the mortar together and thoroughly pounded.
Clean and cut a frog into pieces then put into the pot. Add chili, salt, rice and lemongrass that your pound then pla daek, fish sauce, slice galangal, slice eggplant and water ½ cup into a pot. Then take a pot set into the fire and mix together and stir a frog until ripe.
After frog ripe add water 1½ cup into the pot and mix together then wait until boiling then add all the vegetable into the pot until ripe.
Take the pot out from fire and serve.
