Patt has impressed me this term. Although she doesn't find it easy to create and speak full, correct sentences, she understands very well, and has a good level of comprehension of written English. I think this is what is reflected by her test scores. All the information and ability is in her head, we just need to put them together like a jigsaw puzzle so that she can speak what she knows in accurate sentences. Eve is a quiet student in class. She is always listening and paying attention, she is polite and kind, and a pleasant student to teach, but not speaking often means that she is out of practice when it comes to the tests. I would like to hear Eve be more vocal in lessons next term, and try to communicate more verbally in order that it becomes more natural for her to do so in English.
