Time magazine has compiled a list of the most retweeted messages on Twitter in 2015, and several among them show support for the LGBT community.
Caitlyn Jenner, the transgender Olympian who came out earlier this year on the cover of Vanity Fair, ranked number 10 on this list, after first sharing her gender identity with the social media platform.
However, not even the great advances in LGBT equality could compete with fans of One Direction, who boosted band members Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Zayn Malik to the top of the chart. But thankfully, in each of these tweets, the theme of love still carried the day.
