Responsible for the ongoing development of the company’s Retailer network and acts as a Business Consultant to support ongoing development of their business activities. Protects the image of the Company and its brands by ensuring "The ultimate customer experience" that our Company’s customers are entitled to and expect.
Leads regular reviews and updates of the Suzuki brands’ Retailer Standards, including Corporate Identity manuals for Retailers and operational departments, monitors actual retail centers situations; and conducts audits & meetings as required.
Leads regular reviews and updates of the Dealer Management System (DMS) for the Company and conducts audits & meetings as required.
In cooperation with Dealer Shop Manager ensures that corrective action plans are communicated and implemented relating to Retailer Standards, CRM and Quality Management.
Identify and assess training needs within a company. Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs. Hold meetings and presentations on learning material. Create teaching materials. multimedia presentations. compile training manuals.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
1-2 years of management skills or retailer management.
Good spoken and written business English
Able to take initiative
Tactful and mature
Aptitude for research
Organisational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
