It simulates what
would happen if we observed repeated samples from the basic set in such a way that the available data creates new
random selections, i. e. resampling, replication (Hardle, Muller, Sperlich, 2004). These random selections can have a
smaller dimension than the dimension of the original random data and they can be created with or without
replications. The best results are achieved if the bootstrap random selections are designed with replications and have
the same extent as the original selection
