The correlation coefficients of the agronomic traits were
calculated using SPSS 10 analysis system (SPSS 1999). The
protein banding patterns were scored as presence (1) or
absence (0). Similarity matrices were obtained by the
unweighted pair group method using arithmetic averages
(UPGMA) and Jaccard's coefficient. The clustering analysis,
Nei’s gene diversity (h), and Shannon’s index of diversity (I)
were calculated using POPGENE 1.31 software (Yeh et al.
1997). Correlation coefficients of morphological traits and
seed storage protein bands were calculated using SPSS v.9.0.
