On top of email from Surasak reply to the question from K. Rawiwan, I would like raise my concern that this is not the first time for Rawiwan negative communication.
Reference to her unconstructive concern, IT has managed in installing IT equipment upon safety awareness as a priority. So, by K. Rawiwan reaction it shows her negative mind-set towards cross functional team and reject responsibility as a team lead.
By writing this email, I just want to express my serious point of view that if she still approach in this awful manner, it is harmful to internal and external parties. I hope her communication style should be notified and solved immediately otherwise it will create difficulties between our two teams in the future.
