inspection of these units. We expect to have 100% clearance.
Our confusion came from the fact that our customers were happy with the quality of Fuji
until we received the shipment in June and July. This means we had no problem with
the product we imported before June. All of sudden, we received the complaint with
multiple customers. So we assumed something wrong with these we received in June
and july.
Mr. Ryuji Yamazaki sent me an email that the time of dry cycle should be adjusted based
on the volume of instrument in the chamber. If this is the cause of the problem, train us
very detail how much time we should add to for the dry cycle.
We expect to increase more business with Fuji in Thailand, and your professional training
is very critical or us to understand the nature of your product.
