In Q2 we noticed a lot of issues with respect to SA following the LAH process and letting us know download plans in time. The LAH accuracy has been quite low for SA over the last few quarters.
A new global process is being executed to ensure all regions follow a standard process to ensure we provide timely signals to the respective teams to plan build and delivery on time
1) For starts we would like to know download plans and LAH for current week and next
2) Download plans need to be communicated before Wed of every week for next week
3) Changes are accepted until Thursday every week before 11am
4) Kindly note that there may be deals that may be delayed if LAH or notice is not provided
