The
kappa coefficient analysis did not show a significant
correlation in histologic features of acute (neutrophil and
eosinophil infiltration and ulcers) and chronic (crypt
distortion and mononuclear cell infiltration) inflammation
between the duodenum and corresponding afferent limb/
pouch biopsy. Instead, most of the histologic markers were
correlated between afferent limb and pouch body, which
included neutrophil infiltration, eosinophil infiltration,
granuloma, and pyloric gland metaplasia
