Supplier reply as follows: With regards to storage conditions, if the buyer wants to sell the cargo to some other buyers in the local market it is advisable to store the Chilli in open covered space at a normal temperature for a period upto 2 months. If the buyer is buying Chili with the intention of selling it after 3-4 months then the buyer needs to keep it in cold storage.
Can you advise the end usage of Dry Red Chilli so as to understand the buyer’s requirements and accordingly will be able to advise you in details?
