The Company plans to develop the PKL’s land to be Condominium Project for sale,
salable area approx. 45,000 Sq. M., Project Value approx. 6,000 Mil. Baht, Gross Profit approx. However,
the Company also study that we will divide some area in the Project for rent because the real estate for
rent which is adjacent to the International School will provide the recurring income to the Company.
