The foods used in this study were HoneyMaid graham crackers (Nabisco, Mondel_ ez, Inc.) (4.20 kcal/g) and Mott's Natural applesauce (Motts, LLP) (0.45 kcal/g), which are foods commonly provided as snacks at the ELC. The beverages used were water and 100% berry Juicy Juice (Nestle).
