Major Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with all staff in Bangkok office and branch in Phuket.
• Reception of customers and visitors.
• Handling phone calls and fax and transfer to related functions.
• Prepare and filling all documents related to all functions.
• Handling any other secretarial and HR tasks upon request.
• Manage and organize all office supplies in the company.
• Data entry.
• Prepare invoices for account department.
• Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality.
• Excellent service skills and mind.
• Vocational or higher, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fair command in spoken & written English as well as strong computer skills.
• Self-motivated, detailed, dynamic and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, able to take initiative.
