Article 3 Remuneration and Payment Methods
In consideration of the Core Banking System to be delivered hereunder, the Customer agrees to pay to the Contractor remuneration in the total amount of Baht 117.700,000 (inclusive of value-added-tax). Both parties agree that the payment shall be made as per the milestones set forth in the Exhibit 3 attached to this Agreement.
