Provide secretarial & administrative support such as composing mails/letters, record keeping of incoming and outgoing documents; mail correspondences; memorandum, reports, incoming calls and other supporting documents
Maintain office supplies/ office equipment
ISO document controlling
Coordinate with Plant Coordinators to prepare billing process with PEA
Coordinate and support Accounting & Finance team concerning payment and documentation
Coordinate with Government Offices such as PEA, DIW, ERC and BO
