was of the order of 106 g/ml for prostate specific antigen (PSA). In practical the detection of biomarkers for diagnosis of diseases generally requires the sensitivity of the order of 109 g/ml. In the previous paper we proposed the strategies to increase the sensitivity by (1) using slot waveguide, (2) quality factor (Q) improvement and (3) temperature stabilization, and 700 times sensitivity improvement was estimated by using these three improvement issues.
