Mix hot water with salt to melt the powder then filter and leave it cool.
2. Peel the coconut.
3. Make the syrup by setting the pot on medium heat. Pour flowered water and brown sugar.
4. Drain the remain and leave it out.
5. Simmer the syrup until it is sticky, then leave it cool.
6. Dip the coconut into the syrup pot (Drain the water out) put a little salt into the sugar syrup and stir it well, then taste it.
7. Serve a cups of coconut in syrup with ice.
